• Any costs incurred for materials, tooling, or production will be chargeable to the customer.

3. Cancellation Charges

• Approved cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges to cover administrative, processing, and operational costs.
• The applicable cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of cancellation request.

4. Order Cancellation by MGM Frame Glass Pvt. Ltd.

MGM Frame Glass Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed terms

• Unavailability of materials or unforeseen production constraints

In such cases, any advance payment received will be refunded after applicable deductions, if any.
